not just a flight attendant, but i am also one who has been raised to speak up when things are being done unfairly. i've never been a conformist all my life. i've never ever wanted to keep quiet about injustice.
maybe i'm a closet riot girl, and she's definitely coming out to fight right now.
as a flight attendant i feel that our welfare should never be taken lightly. like i said before, just because you are a budget airline company, our lives are NOT budget. we are the frontliners and our lives are already being risked while at 35,000 feet. the least you could do is make sure that everything is alright and we are always mentally and physically fit to fly. not frown just because we handed in our medical leave.
i'm really fine if the non-airline people can't understand this, because you don't know the risks that are involved. i just don't like those who KNOW about it yet pretend that it's no big deal.
